Why Do People Buy a Warranty in the First
Place?
When it comes to protecting the investment you have in
your vehicle a good way to go is purchasing an extended
warranty. Buying an auto warranty is buying a service
contract that guarantees the warranty company will pay for
expensive repairs and not you. But the problem though is
that most USED vehicles do not come with extended auto
warranty. In some states, they come with LIMITED
warranty which usually does not help a vehicles owner.

Limited warranty coverage is just too limited. Yet, most
USED vehicles are purchased "AS IS", without any form of
warranty at all. Vehicles purchased  "AS IS" means that all
the problems (mechanical and others) are at the owner's
risk.

But the world has technologically advanced to the point
where auto dealers and body shops are now able to
rebuild salvaged vehicle to make them look new to buyers.
Thus, most people who think that they purchased a fairly
USED vehicles wake up to realized that it is not so.  What
we mean is that about 45% of the so called USED
vehicles on dealers' lot are either salvaged or
mechanically recovered vehicles without the knowledge of
excited buyers.

In recent times, there are a few auto warranty companies
that have come up with the plan of providing coverage on
USED autos. Yes, they are doing a good job but when you
look at their fine-prints and service clause, you would
discover things that do not make any sense.
  • The problem is that they have more DO NOTs than
    their DOs.
  • They also come with a huge and scary price tag.
  • Their so called BUMPER TO BUMPER or POWER
TRAIN Package will cost a USED vehicle owner a
    fortune.
  • Yet, their service clause will show you that such
    money is wasted.
  • In essence, you will only be lucky if your USED
    AUTO still has manufacturer's warranty.

  THE FACT
According to ConsumerReports.org, “the average three
year old car has 55 problems per 100 vehicles”. That’s not
very surprising to anyone who has ever owned a car. It’s
also not very surprising that car repairs are expensive, and
the newer and more sophisticated cars are becoming
increasingly more expensive to fix. The average cost to
repair an air conditioning system for example is $825. Over
the next five years repair costs are going to increase about
35%. So that $850 air conditioner repair today is going to
cost about $1,150 to repair when it breaks 5 years from
now. One covered repair can cost us $1000.

WHERE WE SCORE HIGH
We know that warranties are expensive. We also know that
most people do not often use their warranties. Why?
Because new vehicle is not likely to break down within the
first 5 years so long as you continue with "Oil change and
"Tune Up".

So, why did you spend thousands of dollars on warranty
alone?
Got you thinking?

The truth is this: As your vehicle gets older, it develops
more problems. Usually thats when your warranty runs
out.  Got you thinking further?

Guess What? That is when you start getting major repair
problems. From then on, you pay everything from your
pocket. Your mechanic becomes your best friend. Over
time, Americans has been helpless victims of Auto
Warranty gimmicks. No one talks about it because we
were given no choice. It seems like a necessary death
trap.

DO NOT GET US WRONG. WARRANTIES ARE GREAT FOR
NEW VEHICLES, THOUGH THEY HARDLY PAY FOR YOUR
WEAR & TEAR COSTS, except you cough out extra bills
for additional coverage.

BUT WHO GIVES EXTENDED WARRANTY ON OLD
VEHICLES ANYWAY?
No warranty company does.  We do it for our members
