| We provide the ultimate service in roadside assistance and travel benefits. Quick access to benefits Road and Towing Service, Lockout Service assistance, New Car Warranty Enforcement and Auto maintenance Assistance and repair assistance. * Benefits are subject to certain limitations and restrictions. Road and Towing Service Whenever you're in a jam - your car breaks down, tire goes flat, no fuel - simply call the 24-hour member hotline. We'll send a service provider to help get you back on the road. In cases where dispatch service cannot be provided, we'll arrange to pay the agreed bill for all covered expenses. We pay 40% of towing cost up to 3 miles only to a service location. Jump Start / Battery Boost Flat Tire Service Fuel Delivery Service (1 gallon only). Premier membership offer up to 2-gallon of gas. Premier membership also pay up to 60% of your towing services for up to 3 miles only. Legal Defense If you need an attorney to defend you in court against a traffic violation, we'll reimburse you the fees up to $100 only for covered violations. We do not pay court penalties. Guaranteed Arrest Bond Your membership can keep you out of jail! Just use your membership in place of cash to post bond up to $150 if you're charged with a traffic violation while driving. Your family should contact us immediately to arrange your release. Hit and Run Deterrent Award Help keep the streets safer. We'll pay a reward of up to $1000 for the conviction of a hit-and-run driver who causes the death of a member. We'll also pay a reward of up to $500 in the case of a non-fatal hit-and-run accident. Legal Action Against Uninsured Motorists In the event that a motorist without liability insurance damages your car, we'll reimburse you for attorney fees up to $150 for legal action against the uninsured motorist. |
